Since its creation, SFERAX has made manufacturing high quality products the heart of its work. Our linear bearings, shafts and supports have been fully manufactured in Cortaillod, in Switzerland, for more than 60 years. SFERAX is relentlessly committed to guaranteeing its clients irreproachable and long-lasting quality. This is why our collaborators perform ongoing quality controls on at least 8 essential control points. Each piece is visually and mechanically inspected at every step in the production chain and subjected to a final double inspection before leaving the factory.
Precision
Guided by an unfailing obsession, SFERAX pushes the boundaries of precision since it is capable of guaranteeing the dimensions of its pieces to the nearest micrometer. The internal clearance, the bearing's pre-loading, as well as the tolerances may vary depending on client requirements and the planned usage.
